Should I repair or replace my roof?
If the damage is limited to one area and the roof is otherwise in good shape, a repair is usually enough. Widespread curling or missing shingles, granules collecting in the eavestroughs, repeated leaks or a roof that is near the end of its life usually point to a replacement. We'll inspect it and tell you honestly which makes sense.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes in the GTA are re-roofed in one to three days. Larger or more complex roofs, and weather delays, can add time. We'll give you a timeline with your estimate.
